Tony Fox – Site Manager
Tony joined MPS as a Site Manager early in our growth phase and quickly became a trusted member of the team. His first project with us, Meriden, remains one of his favourites, as it gave him the chance to get stuck in and help shape how we run our sites.
Known for his calm, professional approach and focus on quality, Tony is the kind of person who quietly gets things done to a high standard. When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find him spending time with family, listening to 80s music, or recalling the time he met Ronaldo.
Ben Hatch – Site Manager
Another strong addition to the team is Ben Hatch, who brings with him a wealth of experience and a steady approach to site management. Having previously worked in roles across both building and project coordination, Ben’s ability to keep things moving efficiently on site has already made a big impact.
He’s been particularly enjoying the challenge of working across different types of builds, always focused on making sure things run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Ben’s a keen runner (he recently completed the London Marathon) and a committed fundraiser for causes he believes in.
Joe Cartmale – Site Assistant
Joe joined us as a Site Assistant and has been getting stuck into life on site with enthusiasm and energy. Whether it’s helping with day-to-day tasks or keeping things tidy, Joe’s approach has been spot-on. He’s keen to keep learning and gaining experience, and we’re looking forward to supporting his growth in the months ahead.
When he’s not on the tools, Joe enjoys music, socialising, and getting outdoors – and he’s always ready with a good recommendation for his next holiday.
Building a Strong Team
At MPS, we know that a strong team isn’t built overnight. It takes the right mix of skills, mindset, and trust. We’re proud to have Tony, Ben and Joe on board and excited to see the continued impact they’ll have across our projects.
