Team News: Welcoming Luke Haine and Wishing Tavis Moore the Best in His Next Chapter

April 23, 2025

At MPS Building Ltd, we know that our people are the foundation of everything we do.

Behind every successful project is a team of individuals bringing skill, dedication, and energy to the job every single day. With that in mind, we wanted to take a moment to highlight two of our team members - one who’s recently joined us, and one who’s moving on to new adventures.

First up, we’re pleased to properly introduce Luke Haine, who joined MPS as a Site Assistant just over six months ago. Although he’s not new to the team anymore, we wanted to take a moment to welcome him more officially and share a little bit more about who he is and the role he plays on-site.

Luke has made a real impact since he started. From day one, he’s shown a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. One of the projects he’s most enjoyed being part of is Bingham Avenue - a site that he’s had the opportunity to experience from the very beginning. Watching the transformation from demolition through to a full rebuild has not only been rewarding but has also given Luke valuable insight into the full construction process.

When he’s not on-site, Luke enjoys spending time with friends, playing football, and has a bit of a soft spot for country music. His recent reading material includes Inner Engineering by Sadhguru, and as for famous encounters? He’s had the chance to meet Harry Redknapp, which certainly earned him a few bonus points around the team.

It’s always great to see new team members settle in so well, and we’re looking forward to seeing Luke continue to grow with MPS as he gains experience across our projects.

We’d also like to take a moment to recognise and say thank you to Tavis Moore, who recently moved on from MPS to pursue an exciting new opportunity further afield. And even more exciting recently became a new Dad! Huge congratulations from us all.

Tavis has been a valued part of the team and played an important role in many of our recent developments. Known for his reliability, team spirit, and hands-on approach, he was someone who could always be counted on to get the job done. His contribution has been appreciated not only by our internal team but also by the clients and contractors he worked alongside.

While it’s always a little bittersweet to say goodbye to someone who’s made a strong impact, we’re genuinely excited for what the future holds for Tavis. He leaves with our full support and best wishes for the next chapter in his career.

At MPS, we’re proud to have a team that brings together experienced professionals and rising talent, creating an environment where people can grow, thrive, and contribute to high-quality, well-managed projects.

Whether someone is just starting out, like Luke, or heading off on a new path, like Tavis, every great company should recognise the importance of people in shaping the success of our work.
